My Journey
Loicita is a certified personal trainer and professional sports massage therapist with a background in engineering, bringing together strength, precision, and wellness in a unique way.
Passionate about helping people build strength, improve mobility, recover effectively and feel confident in their bodies, she specializes in fitness training and recovery therapy. Her approach to training goes beyond just workouts — she focuses on proper technique, consistency, and creating an enjoyable environment that keeps clients motivated.
In addition to training, she offers Assisted Stretching, Pilates, Personal Coaching and Sports Massage Therapy, which allows her to support clients not only in performance but also in recovery, injury prevention and mental wellbeing.
Her engineering mindset allows her to approach movement and performance with attention to detail, structure, and results-driven strategies — creating personalized experiences that support both physical health and overall well-being.
